FEES FOR FOOD BOOTH RENTALS

The starting bid for the Main Stage area is: $800.Each winning bids will be given a map of their locationOne tent will be provided for each Food/Drink booth Prices for booths not in the Main Stage area are:

Non-Profit organizations must attach a federal tax-exempt 501(3)c letter

Food Booth Rules

You must prepare yourfood at a restaurant/established (church, temple) that has a food permit from the local Board of Health. (You am not permitted to prepare the food at home).

You will bring a copy of the food permit to the Booth Orientation.

You shall keep yourbooth area clean and safe at all times.

You am not permitted to change yourassigned location or exceed your assigned boundaries (booth will be assigned based on a lottery system that will be drawn at the first Booth Orientation).

You shall finish setting up by 9:00 AM.

You shall clean up and remove all equipments from yourbooth area by 6:00 PM.

You shall receive one Drop-Off/Parking Permit for your vehicle.

You shall sell only the items that are listed on your application form. (This will be strictly enforced and failure to adhere may result in the closing of yourbooth.)

The LSAWF, Inc. is not responsible for any damages/losses.

Booth inspectors will be monitoring all activities to ensure compliance; any violations may result in the closing of yourbooth.

You shall provide yourown tables and chairs.

There is a $100 clean-up deposit which you will get back once You have cleaned up your booth area at the end of the water festival event.

If your organization is a Non-Profit, You will submit a letter (on appropriate letterhead) signed by the president and clerk acknowledging that all proceeds will go to the organization. You will bring this letter when you attend the Booth Orientation.

You must attend one of the Booth Orientation Sessions with the City of Lowell Health Department which will help you understand your roles and responsibilities. Orientation dates will be announced later.

The location of the orientation will be announced later. This orientation is mandatory for all vendors. If You cannot attend the orientation, You must make other arrangements to meet with LSAWF, Inc. and the City of Lowell Health Department.

The LSAWF, Inc reserves the right to restrict beverages sold to those of or provided by official sponsors of the Lowell Southeast Asian Water Festival, Inc.
